Preheat oven to 325 degrees. | ||
4 cups water 4 bouillon cubes | Dissolve bouillon cubes in water. (Or use equivalent amount of broth) | |
2 cups long grain rice 7 Tbl butter or margarine onions, chopped | Brown rice and onions in butter until golden. Transfer to casserole, add broth, and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. | |
1 Tbl butter mushrooms slivered almonds | Saute mushrooms and slivered almonds in butter and add to rice mixture. |
