2 green onions 1/4 green pepper 12 green olives 1 jar (~4 oz) marinated artichoke hearts 1/2 c. peanuts 2 tsp. curry powder | Chop the green onions and green pepper. Slice the olives. Chop the artichoke hearts. Add all ingredients to chilled rice-a-roni. | |
mayonnaise | Add mayonnaise to moisten. | |
(chicken) | You may optionally add one cup of chopped shredded chicken. |
