Chard/Sweet Potato Soup

bacon		Fry 4 slices bacon (chopped) until crisp. Remove to dish for later garnish. Pour off all but 2 T. grease.
onion sweet curry powder		Saute one medium onion, chopped. . Add one heaping teaspoon curry powder, saute for one minute,
Chard Sweet Potatoes Tomatoes 3 c chicken broth black pepper		Add 1 bunch chard (chopped), 1.5 to 2 cups of chopped (large dice) sweet potato, 6-7 stupice tomatoes (or 1 can Muir Glen diced tomatoes). Add chicken broth and freshly ground black pepper. Simmer about 30 min, until sweet potato is tender.
Half/half Bacon		Ladle into bowl, add 2-3 Tablespoons half/half, stir. Add previously cooked bacon for garnish.
